Flavor & Product Info
What types of flavors do you offer?
We offer multiple types of flavor:
- Pure Natural Flavors – Our signature line, these flavors are ultra-concentrated, all-natural, organic-compliant, food grade and free from carriers and diluents. They are oil soluble and blend directly into a distillate. They are the strongest and most flexible flavors you will find.
- Premium Oil-Soluble (OS) Flavors – These flavors are a concentrated blend of the Pure Natural line with 100% pure organic fractionated coconut oil. They are perfect for those seeking a highly-concentrated, cost-effective flavor.
- Natural Water Soluble (WS) Flavors – 2-3x stronger than other flavors on the market, our WS line is a concentrated blend of the Pure Natural line with water soluble flavors. They are perfect for beverages and similar applications.
- Powdered Flavors – Our newest line, we offer highly concentrated powdered flavors. Currently available by request only.
- Custom Flavors – Custom blends, flavor-matching and entirely custom flavors made just for you are all possible.
What makes your Pure Natural Flavors different?
They’re clean, potent, and made without MCT, PG, VG, ethanol, or other carriers. That means less impact on your formulation, cleaner labels, and better control over your actives and base.
Are your flavors organic-compliant?
Yes—our Pure Natural Flavors are organic-compliant and suitable for use in certified organic products. We can provide documentation as needed.
Are your flavors water-soluble or oil-soluble?
Both! Depending on the flavor line – Pure Natural, Premium OS or Natural WS – we have a flavor that will work for your application. Gummies, beverages, tinctures, tablets, mints, hard candies and more can all be flavored using our flavors.
What if I only want a recipe and not manufacturing?
Do your flavors contain sweeteners?
Are your flavors colored?
No, our flavors are not colored.
Do you offer flavor masking options?
Yes. Our flavors by themselves work quite well to complement or mask the natural bitterness of cannabinoids and other ingredients, especially our Pure Natural line. We also offer a bitter blocker that can be used when you need a little extra masking.
How concentrated are your flavors?
Our Pure Natural flavors are ultra-concentrated and the strongest you will find on the market. Our starting usage % is far lower than other flavors (as low as 0.1% for gummies) so you can use less and still get bold, clean flavor.
Sampling & Ordering
Can I request samples?
Yes. Samples are available for all flavor types. Use our sample request form to tell us what you’re working on, and we’ll help you choose the right flavors to try.
Do you charge for samples?
We offer up to 3 samples at no charge. Additional samples are available with a nominal fee.
How long does it take to get samples?
Most sample requests ship within a few business days, depending on availability and shipping location. If you’re in a hurry, just let us know.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 1oz. Some custom projects may have higher minimums, but we’ll confirm that during the quote process.
How do I place an order?
You are always free to place your order directly through our website. Once you’ve sampled and chosen your flavors, you can also contact your account representative directly for a quote and invoice. After payment, your order goes into production or fulfillment. We keep it simple and transparent.
Can I re-order the same flavor later?
Yes. All of our flavors are coded and tracked for consistency. If you reorder the same item, you’ll get the exact same flavor profile and concentration.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders are available in some cases. Let us know your timeline and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Applications & Use
What types of products can your flavors be used in?
Our flavors work especially well for infused products like gummies, beverages, tinctures, tablets, hard candies, topicals, chocolates, and more. They also work well for any other wellness or food product that requires the addition of natural flavors. We are happy to review your product to help you pick the right flavor type.
What are your typical usage rates?
Here are our standard starting rates for the Pure Natural line, by application:
- Gummies: 0.10 – 0.15%
- Oil-based tinctures: 0.25 – 1.5%
- Chocolates: 0.25 – 0.50%
- Beverages: 0.03 – 0.08%
We recommend starting low and adjusting to taste, especially since our flavors are ultra‑concentrated.
How do I calculate how much flavor to add?
For the Pure Natural line, use this formula:
Batch size (g) × usage % (0.1 % = 0.001) = grams of flavor.
E.g., for 500 g gummies at 0.1%: 500 × 0.001 = 0.5 g
Should I dilute the flavor before adding to my batch?
- For gummies, hard candies and chocolates, we often dilute Pure Natural Flavors with a carrier like safflower or MCT oil (2:1 carrier:flavor) to improve dispersion and provide some heat protection. However, a carrier is not required. You can also use Premium OS flavors with no additional dilution needed.
- For tinctures, no dilution is needed for the Pure Natural or Premium OS lines.
- For beverages, no dilution is needed for the Natural WS line.
Can I use your flavors in high-heat processes like cooking gummies?
Yes. While our flavors are stable under typical cooking and processing conditions, we do recommend adding flavor a the lowest possible temperature. We’re happy to advise if your process has special requirements.
Are your flavors compatible with emulsions or nano‑tech?
Yes. Our Natural Water-Soluble line is formulated for beverage and emulsified applications. You can also use our Pure Natural line for gummies and other applications where you are using an emulsified active.
Can I use your flavors in both hemp and cannabis products?
Yes. Our flavors are used in both hemp-derived and cannabis-derived products across regulated and unregulated markets.
How do I know which flavor type is best for my product?
It depends on your format, process, and actives. For example:
- Gummies – Pure Natural or Premium OS
- Beverages – Natural WS
- Tinctures – Pure Natural or Premium OS
- Powdered products – Powdered Flavors

Do you offer custom flavor development?
Yes. We can build custom flavors from scratch, match an existing flavor you like, or tailor a formula to fit your specific application or taste profile.
Can you help me choose the right flavor for my product?
Absolutely. Tell us what you’re making, and we’ll recommend flavor types, formats, and profiles that match your base formulation and target experience.
Can you help me fix a product that doesn’t taste right?
Yes. We frequently help customers improve or rework products that aren’t hitting the mark. Whether it’s flavor fade, bitterness, or off-notes, we’ll help you troubleshoot and refine it.
Do you help with full formulation, or just flavor?
We’re happy to support basic formulation and flavor selection. If you need more in-depth support, our Infusion Lab can assist with full product development and manufacturing guidance.

Compliance & Documentation
Are your flavors compliant with cannabis and hemp regulations?
Yes. Our flavors are designed with cannabis and hemp formulations in mind. We have taken extra steps to remove all residual solvents from our flavors and you won’t find any flavors on the market like these. We stay up to date with industry regulations and use only ingredients suitable for infused products.
Are your flavors organic-compliant?
Yes. Our Pure Natural line is organic-compliant and can be used in certified organic products. We can assist with documentation upon request.
Do you provide COAs or spec sheets?
We provide a COA upon request. If you require additional documentation such as Safety Data Sheets, just let us know and we’re happy to help.
Do your flavors contain common allergens?
No. Our flavors do not contain any of the major allergens as defined by the FDA. We’ll gladly provide an allergen statement for your records.
Can you provide documentation for product registration or state submissions?
Yes. We’re familiar with documentation requirements for most state cannabis programs and can support you with what you need to register your product or complete compliance filings.
Do your flavors contain any restricted ingredients?
No. We avoid ingredients flagged by major state programs and monitor for updates regularly. If you’re targeting a specific market with strict rules, we’ll help make sure your flavors meet the standard.
