Returns/Refunds
All sales are final, as we are unable to accept ANY product for return, refund, or exchange.
Damaged Packages
In some instances, THE FLAVOR CO. will at its discretion, either provide a refund or replacement for products damaged during shipping. These refunds or replacements will only be made if the damage is the result of the mis-packing of the product by THE FLAVOR CO. and not due to mishandling by the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
THE FLAVOR CO. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that delivery has been confirmed to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, THE FLAVOR CO. will confirm delivery to the specified address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier for investigation by the customer.
